Private-Label Bathroom Brand

Private-Label Bathroom Brand

From Product Selection to a Market-Ready Private Label

Client Type: Importer / Local Bathroom Brand
Market: [Actual Market]
Business Model: Private Label / OEM
Project: Customized Bathroom Product Collection

Background

The client wanted to develop bathroom products under its own brand but did not want to build an internal sourcing team to manage multiple factories, packaging suppliers and quality-control processes in China.

The objective was not to develop every product from zero.

Instead, the client wanted to select suitable existing products, customize the brand presentation and gradually establish its own product collection.

This is a common B2B model in the industry: private-label programs can begin with existing products and branding, while deeper OEM/ODM cooperation can follow as the relationship develops.

The Challenge

The client needed one partner to coordinate several parts of the project:

Product Selection
Branding
Logo Application
Packaging
Product Specifications
Quality Control
Different Product Categories
Consolidated Shipment

At the same time, the products needed to maintain a consistent brand presentation despite being sourced from different product categories.

FIDAR Solution

The project started with the client’s:

Target Market + Target Customer + Target Retail Price + Preferred Style

Based on these requirements, FIDAR shortlisted suitable products instead of asking the client to select from thousands of unrelated SKUs.

After the initial assortment was confirmed, the products entered the private-label process.

Step 01 — Product Selection

Models selected according to the client’s target positioning and expected purchasing volume.

Step 02 — Brand Application

Depending on the product, branding options included:

Laser Logo
Printed Logo
Product Label
Carton Mark

Step 03 — Packaging

Packaging requirements were coordinated across different products to create a more consistent brand presentation.

Possible customization included:

Outer Carton
Product Label
Instruction Manual
Barcode
Warranty Card
Color Box

Step 04 — Sample Confirmation

Customized samples or packaging proofs were confirmed before mass production where required.

Step 05 — Quality Control

Product specifications, appearance, quantity, branding and packaging were checked before shipment.

Step 06 — Consolidation & Export

Products from different categories were coordinated and consolidated for export under one purchasing project.

OEM suppliers in the sector commonly combine logo application, customized packaging, QC and consolidated or retail-ready shipment as part of private-label support.

Result

The client was able to launch a branded bathroom product range without separately coordinating multiple suppliers for product sourcing, branding, packaging and export.

The cooperation also created a foundation for future expansion into additional product categories and more customized products.
